Jacqui Cookson has over 20 years of HR experience, gained largely in global organisations of various sizes. Before establishing Volantis Consulting in 2009 she held senior management positions including Exec VP HR for EUSA Pharma and HR Director for Zeneus Pharma, two global VC-funded specialty pharma companies. Prior to this she was Global Head of Compensation for PAREXEL, a 5,500 employee clinical research company. In the past, Jacqui has held generalist HR roles in American Home Products Corporation (now Wyeth), Radiometer Copenhagen and Creighton’s Plc. She is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
