• Ensure your Executive Remuneration is designed to retain and incentivise your senior team

• Prepare for your annual Remuneration Committee meeting, undertaking market benchmarking, analysis, developing proposals, preparing the Rem Com packs and presenting at the meeting

• Establish appropriate compensation philosophy, policies, processes and budgets, observing financial constraints

• Develop compensation plans such as bonus/incentive plans, develop, implement and roll-out a salary planning process, tools and benchmarking, and help to determine annual salary increase budgets.

• Identify whether there is a need for an HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

• Working with you/your HR function to establish requirements of such a system (eg. size, complexity, geographies to be served, employer/manager self-service, etc)

• Reviewing possible solutions, sourcing appropriate system

• Advising and/or project managing the implementation
